Sponsor Diverse Talent

The foundation of partnering with Thrive Scholars is our Sponsorship program. As a Corporate partner, you can sponsor a cohort of Scholars every year who can be “Company Name” Thrive Scholars. These can either be Scholars who are rising first year college students already in our program, or high school juniors we recruit from cities where your home office might be. You will pair each of your Scholars with an executive to act as an informal mentor, provide internships during college, and potentially hire Scholars after they graduate from college or even later in their career. In addition, your company will have access to almost 2000 current college students and alumni to work at your company.
